We have and need only one session of 1.5 hours. Using a mixture of Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP ( Neuro linguistic Programming) you quit on that day. We use several proven techniques which has given me a success rate of 83%. If you are ready and fully committed to quit smoking, you will quit smoking.
I've helped over 350 clients to quit smoking through hypnotherapy. Nicotine patches are just 3% successful. Willpower is just 1% successful.
